About the Event
Community Yoga is designed for you to take a break, breathe, move your body and relax during the week.
Finding the time you need to tune back into your inner self. We will move through an all levels/all encompassing flow set to motivate you, awaken you, and also cool you down to a state of deep relaxation.
We’ll begin the practice with a Vinyasa flow and end with some deeply held restorative or yin postures followed by sound healing. Allow yourself to build heat within the body, release any/all tension and sink into the grass/earth beneath you with a deep guided meditation/sound healing.
Join us at 6pm for this flow. We’ll allow a grace period of 10 minutes to arrive/adjust before movement. Please bring your own mat (I will have some extras if needed), water, any props you like to use (i.e. blanket, blocks, towel) and an open mind/heart.
